So it should come as no surprise that our newest offering of fresh elderberry syrup, derived from the elderberry plant's organically grown berries and flowers, is chock full of essential antioxidants such as anthocyanins, polyphenols, and flavanols. Elderberry (Sambucus) may not be as popular as other berries, but it just might have the most history (and street cred) regarding therapeutic use. Elderberry has been used to treat various forms of illness for many centuries. In ancient folklore, the elder tree is even said to ward off evil. While we won't speak on that, some potential health benefits of elderberry include:

*Please note that our elderberry syrup is slightly thinner than standard elderberry syrup, as we use agave as a sweetener rather than honey.
Directions: Take one to two tablespoons (included) per day as needed.
