What currency are the prices on the site?

All prices are in $ USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. 

Most products are made fresh to order, and we always do our best to prepare and ship your items as fast as possible. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process and ship your order. The shipping itself can take up to 10 business days from the time you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep, although this may vary slightly. 

Tracking numbers will be available 3-5 business days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at threevegansoulz@gmail.com

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

All sales on perishable products are final. While we do not accept returns on fresh, food grade items, we do offer a full refund in the rare case of a product defect. In this case, please email us at threevegansoulz@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of the defect. Once we verify all information, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send you a new product according to your preference.

If your issue concerns an unused, non-perishable item (leaf teas, duck flower), you can return in the original, sealed package for a full refund, minus the original shipping cost.

Please note: If you return a defective product without contacting us first, you must wait for us to process the return before receiving a refund.

If your product is damaged by the USPS, we are not responsible. Most of our products are shipped priority mail, therefore covered under insurance, up to $50 worth. Please contact the post office to file a claim. 


Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty within 24 hours of placing it.

I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?

If you think you may have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply check the order confirmation email we send to your email. If the address given is wrong, please notify us of the correct address via email at threevegansoulz@gmail.com as soon as you can. We can change the address to the correct one if you notify us within 24 hours. No refund will be given following 24 hours of the incorrect submission.
